If you have purchased UGG boots from the internet in a straight size you may want to check the authenticity of them- You can do this by checking the label in the Left Boot. Authentic UGG boots will have an UGG hologram on the label.
If you normally take a size 4 (37), try an UGG 4.5, if you take a size 5 (38), try a 5.5 and so on. Most people take their usual shoe size, however everyone’s feet are different and factors like width and a larger in-step may mean you have to go up or down a size.
