The wash bag has a zip fasten with metal stamp charm on zip pull and there is a real string tied around it. It is made from faux leather wipeable PVC and has a waterproof lining. The bag is made to look like a worn vintage parcel, no two wash bags are ever the same in colour and each has slightly different markings on it. The words on the front of the bag read 'wash your face, wash your feet, now it's time, to fall asleep'.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can post it back to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, providing you have your receipt and it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Faulty goods

If the goods are faulty or being returned due to our error we will refund any costs incurred in returning the items once we have received the item and deem it to be faulty. If the purchase was not faulty we can only refund the cost of the product and not postage.
