Ordering
Making a purchase at Kiki's online could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping bag. After you’ve finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards, including - Maestro/Switch, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you don’t wish to pay online, please do not hesitate to give us a call on 01590 688 464 and we can take your order and card details over the phone (9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday, and 11.00am – 4.00pm Sundays).
Errors & Order Changes
If you have made an error in your order and cannot change it in the shopping bag, please contact us and we will do our best to correct it for you.
Communication
When we confirm that we have received your order a contract does not exist between us. A contract between us exists when we notify you of the acceptance of your order and send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect both parties in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or if we have inadvertently miss-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
